• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated • One-time setup fees are due upon commencement of services • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

• All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by PharmacyWebsite and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws • You retain ownership of your content, including your pharmacy's branding, images, and text that you provide to us • By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you • Website templates and designs created by PharmacyWebsite remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: • PharmacyWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • We are not responsible for any third-party services or content integrated with our services

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice • We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service • Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease • We will provide reasonable assistance to help you transition to another service provider upon request

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
