Terms of Service

By accessing and using the PharmacyWebsite services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

PharmacyWebsite provides digital solutions for UK pharmacies, including but not limited to: • Website design and development • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services • Google Business Profile management • Online booking systems • Digital marketing services • Patient portal solutions We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services • Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including those related to pharmacy services and patient data

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated • The standard £150/month website plan has no setup fee. Any custom work or third-party cost outside that plan must be agreed in writing before work begins • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • The 10 Booking Guarantee applies to the standard £150/month website plan when the included booking system records fewer than 10 eligible service bookings during a full billing month • An eligible booking is a genuine, unique patient service booking recorded through the included booking system. Test, duplicate, fraudulent, cancelled or no-show bookings do not count • The guarantee applies only while the website and booking system are live, the pharmacy offers bookable appointment availability, and requested content and approvals have been supplied. It does not guarantee clinical outcomes, revenue or completed treatments • If the guarantee applies, the £150 service fee for that billing month will be credited or refunded. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

• All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by PharmacyWebsite and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws • You retain ownership of your content, including your pharmacy's branding, images, and text that you provide to us • By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you • Website templates and designs created by PharmacyWebsite remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing

We are committed to protecting your data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018: • We process personal data only for legitimate business purposes • We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services • You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Our work is designed around current GPhC, ASA and MHRA guidance, subject to the pharmacy’s clinical and regulatory approval. • PharmacyWebsite does not provide legal, clinical or regulatory advice • The pharmacy is responsible for approving clinical claims, service eligibility, medicine-related content, prescribing pathways and final published content • NHS-service links, prescription nomination features and third-party integrations are included only where agreed and technically available • Regulatory guidance and third-party requirements can change; both parties will cooperate on reasonable updates where required

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: • PharmacyWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • We are not responsible for any third-party services or content integrated with our services

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice • We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service • Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease • We will provide reasonable assistance to help you transition to another service provider upon request

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
